services or hospitalization outside of the country or for emergency
evacuation.

Travel Protection Plan, developed in conjunction with Travel Guard, offers an
affordable, broad package of benefits and services to help you enjoy your trip.
The following applies for coverage for all travel programs, except large coach
tours, not operated by Lynott Tours:

PRE-EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITION EXCLUSION
WAIVER If insurance is purchased within 7
days of initial Trip payment, the Pre-Existing Medical Condition
Exclusion will be waived. This is applicable to all coverages contained in the
policy. The Insured must be medically able to travel when you pay your plan
cost. In the event a claim is filed, the Injury or illness must be
substantiated to our Claims Department.
Cancellations for Business Reasons: An Insured is terminated from
employment subject to three years of continuous employment at the place of
employment where terminated.
